15th Annual Run for Ryan House
Come one, come all for the 15th annual Run for Ryan House featuring a 10K, 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Run on Sunday, Nov. 17 at Kiwanis Park. We invite you to get outside and spend the morning with us and assist in our mission to continue to provide world-class care and programs for the medically fragile children and families we serve as they navigate life-limiting or end-of-life journeys. 2019 Hanukkah Hot Chocolate Run 10K/5K/1K
Start the holidays off right with some exercise and a treat at the end! Join us at The J for our 2nd Annual Holiday Fun Run Series and participate in a 10K, 5K or 1K Run/Walk. The 10K/5K will be a timed run/walk, while the 1K is a non-timed fun event that you can run or walk, starting in our sculpture garden. We encourage participants to bring the family. The 5K is FREE for kids 6 and under with registered parent (shirt not included). No pets allowed though, sorry! Shirt is not guaranteed after 11/20, so please register early! Online registration will close at 5pm the day prior to each event. After that, participants can still register race morning starting at 6:30am at The J. Race Day Info: Packet pick-up will take place starting at 6:30am on race day at the Tucson J in the Sculpture Garden. Race day registration will also be available until 7:30am. 10K will begin at 7:45am, 5K will begin at 8:00am and the 1K will begin at 8:45am. Walkers may begin early in the 10K/5K. Race will proceed rain or shine. No refunds.

25th Annual Fly-in & Classic Car Show and Color Me Wickenburg 5K
Wickenburg is hosting its 25th Annual Fly-in and Classic Car Show! This event features many classic and antique cars for the public to enjoy. In addition, many unique planes and vintage aircraft fly in for this event. This year, the fly-in will be joined by Wickenburg's first annual Color Me Wickenburg 5K! A Zumba Dance party and a color throw will kick off this colorful run/walk. Runners will then be led through gently rolling terrain in and around Sunset Park. Throughout the course, participants will be showered with color as they pass by multiple color stations. Avondale Veterans Day Ceremony, Fun Run & Hero’s Breakfast
Help us honor our Veterans and their families with a Fitness Challenge and Hero’s Breakfast at Estrella Mountain Community College. All run proceeds will directly support Veterans Increasing Persistence Program (VIPP). This program is designed to assist veterans in financial situations that may prevent them from going to school or completing a degree. The day will kick off with a Fun Run at 8:30 am, Hero’s Breakfast at 9:00 am and Ceremony at 9:30. Hero’s Breakfast is Free to all Veterans, their families and all race participants. This event is hosted by the City of Avondale and Estrella Mountain Community College Veterans Center.

Everyone Runs Catalina St. Park 5.3 and 10.6 Mile Trail Races and 5k Road Run
Southern Arizona's Favorite Trail Race! Two distances: 5.3 and 10.6 miles and 5k road run. Your race starts and finishes at the park trail head and travels the trails of this magnificent park. The 10.6 miler is two loops of the 5.3 mile course. Your 5k runs on the fast and flat paved park roads. Overall male/female and age group medals for all events, custom running hat, free race photos and our famous free Mexican breakfast...all under the shade of the Catalina State Park Mesquite grove picnic area!

Everyone Runs TMC Veterans Day Half Marathon and 5k at Old Tucson
The Everyone Runs November 10 Tucson Medical Center Veterans Day Half Marathon and 5k is unquestionably Tucson's premier and most beautiful course running in the majestic Tucson Mountain Park! You'll want to make this Fall half marathon your goal race for the season and plan it as a part of your training, as the course will be challenging for sure. As you will see in our map, it features many hills and steady grades, but that means there are fast downhills, too! Half Marathon Map: 5K Map: . The half marathon will only be open to runners and run and walkers. Walkers will be accepted in the 5k, but not the half. The 5k course will be just as beautiful and is a simple out and back on Kinney Rd. We will even be featuring a stroller division for the 5k with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall awards. Half marathon course support through 10:45 a.m. (3:30 time limit). A part of proceeds from this event will benefit local community groups and non-profits. Fit Families Mud Run
The Fit Families Mud Run is a great way for families to experience the obstacle race craze together! There are 2 routes: The Beginner Route is 1.25 miles, has about 10 obstacles, and is designed for most participants ages 12 and under. The Non-Beginner Route is 2.5 miles, has about 13 obstacles, and is designed for most participants 12 and over. It is recommended that parents accompany runners ages 10 and under. There is no fee or registration for a non-participating parent accompanying their child. *Must be registered by October 1st to guarantee shirt size. First 200 registered will receive a 2019 Mud Run t-shirt. This event does require registration - we are accepting registration Saturday morning starting at 7:30AM.

Pleasant Harbor Dam Cancer Run/Walk
Pleasant Harbor and Evofit will host the annual Dam Cancer Run/Walk at Lake Pleasant on October 12, 2019, featuring a 5K, 10K, Obstacle Run and 5K Walk. All running events traverse the New Waddell Dam. Closed to the public throughout the year, this event provides runners a unique opportunity and vantage point of Lake Pleasant, 440 feet above the Dam’s foundation. In addition, participants will receive swag bags and will be greeted at the finish line to music, a classic car show and vendors. To register visit For more information, call 623-203-5173. In both 5K and 10K races, the top three male and female finishers will be awarded medals, as well as the Top 3 winners of the Obstacle Run. There are no awards presented in the 5K Walk. Part of the proceeds from the cancer run will benefit Wigged Out, an organization assisting cancer survivors. In addition to event fees, there is a $6.00 entry fee, per carload.
