11th Annual 5k for Healthy Kidneys
Bring out the entire family and join us for the 11th annual 5K for Healthy Kidneys at Kiwanis Community Park in Tempe! The event includes a live deejay, great door prizes, free refreshments and prizes for top racers. Strollers, families and people of all ages are welcome! Nearly 350 runners and walkers participated in last year’s 5K for Healthy Kidneys event.

12th Annual Laura's Run Supporting St. Joseph's Norton Thoracic Institute
The first Laura’s Run was organized in March 2007 by family and friends of Laura Hart Burdick to celebrate her strength and spirit throughout her lung transplant journey. The run has since become an annual event featuring 10K and 5K courses for runners, a 1-mile course for walkers, "Laura's Doggie Trot," dri-fit shirts and medals for all participants, activities for kids, music, runners' brunch and a great variety of silent auction items. -It's a morning of fun for the whole family—benefiting patients treated at the Norton Thoracic Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. The 11th Annual Laura's Run (April 8, 2017) was hosted at Kiwanis Park, Baseline Road and Mill Avenue, in Tempe.

4th Annual Fun Run Walk & Roll
Join us on March 11th as we again take the paths of Kiwanis Park in Tempe for our 4th Annual UCP Fun, Run, Walk, and Roll 10K/5K Run and 1 Mile Walk and Virtual Run. Entree prices currently ranging from $20 to $30. Prices will go up January 14th. All race participants receive a custom event medal and Dri-Fit Tech T-Shirt! Children's Cancer Network's Run To Fight Children's Cancer
The Run to Fight Children’s Cancer is the largest race in Arizona dedicated solely to children’s cancer. The race will bring together an estimated 2500 walkers and runners along with hundreds of volunteers and spectators. Now in its eighth year, the Run to Fight Children’s Cancer takes place at Grand Canyon University's west Phoenix campus. To date, the event has raised $500,000. Event planners aim to raise an additional $150,000 at the 2018 race. Proceeds benefit Children's Cancer Network and Phoenix Children's Hospital and fund new research, treatments, patient education, financial assistance and other supportive services for Arizona families battling the disease.

Fearless Kitty Rescue 3K Race/Walk
Fearless Kitty Rescue is proud to team up with Mountain 2 Fountain(M2F) 5K/15K with a 3K race/walk of their own on March 4, 2018. If you enjoyed their 5K Race/Walk in the past, don’t let this event pass you by. They will be out in full force walking for the kitties, handing out medals and t-shirts, and sharing entertainment as always. This year’s event is going to be even bigger and — best of all — in the hometown of Fearless Kitty Rescue,. Girls on the Run 5k
To register: Schedule: 7:00 AM Packet pick-up/ Registration opens; 7:45 AM 1-Mile Fun Run / Walk Start; 8:30 AM 5k Start. The 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk is a great way for friends and family to also get involved in the event and get a chance to cross the finish line. Awards will be given for the Public 5K event only. Overall awards will be store gift cards from Runner’s Den. A big thanks to them as award sponsors. Additional awards will be distributed to the top three in each age range group. All 5k runners will receive a medal at the finish line, and all 1-mile runners will receive a finisher’s ribbon.The event features super soft event shirts in your choice of ladies v-neck or unisex/men’s crew neck styles, colorful 5k event medals with detachable key chains and scenic and flat 1-mile and 5k courses. There will also be music, snacks, free photos, a happy hair station, massages and other fun activities. 100% of the race proceeds go directly to Girls on the Run serving Maricopa and Pinal Counties whose mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Gold Nugget Trail Run (Formerly CAAFA Run)
Kick-up your heels and come out and experience a taste of the wild, wild, west! There’s no better place to experience a touch of Arizona history than in Apache Junction where the history is rich and the stories are great! CAAFA Trail Run is now Gold Nugget Trail Run, a pet friendly timed 10K and 5K trail run and walk at Prospector Park in Apache Junction, Arizona. Don’t forget to consider testing out your endurance on the new 10K course being introduced this year in celebration of our 10 year anniversary! Best of all, Gold Nugget Trail Run still supports CAAFA (Community Alliance Against Family Abuse), an important nonprofit community leader in Pinal and Maricopa counties helping in the fight against domestic and sexual violence.

KA-POW! Superhero Adventure Run
Get ready to tie on your capes and be a Superhero at The KA-POW! Superhero Adventure Run presented by Banner Health Center. This is a costumed run fit for the whole family with fun and challenging obstacles. Runners are encouraged to wear their favorite superhero costume as they participate in a family friendly course with 20 + playful obstacles, with a distance just under 2 miles. The Adventure run course includes many challenging obstacles such as the Spiderman Tower, Thor Tires, Iron Man Crawl, Wonder Woman Wall, and back by popular demand the Aqua-man's waterside. Plus, this year there will be a 4 story high water slide. Food and beverage vendors will be onsite. There is NO ATM available at the park. If registering on site please note we will only accept cash payments (sorry no credit card or check payments). The event site walk ways are stroller and wheelchair accessible. Pets on leash are welcome at the event, although they are not permitted to be on any of the obstacles. Registration for the 2018 Kapow Superhero Adventure Run will begin February 5, 2018. All participants that are on the course must register (Spectators may not be on the obstacles).

The Loven Family Run
The Loven Family Run is an exhilarating experience designed for all ages. The 2K run/walk; 5K run/walk and 10K run takes participants on a looped course beginning at the historic Blazin' M Ranch and through scenic Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Following the race, participants are treated to a good old-fashioned country breakfast.
