Camp Social hosts “Campo de Mayo” on Saturday, May 5, 2018 with drink specials courtesy of Casamigos Tequila, Jose Cuervo Tradicional, Modelo and Corona. Food specials include a variety of Chef Esteban Contreras’ famous tacos. Guests can choose from chicken, shrimp, octopus. The Campo de Mayo fiesta features live music until 8:00 p.m. when the DJ turns up the heat on Camp at night until closing time.

Childhelp will host their third annual 25 Men Who Think They Can Cook event at Aunt Chilada’s on Saturday, May 12, from 6-9pm, featuring great food, a live auction and a live DJ. Local professional chefs will determine best salad, entrée, dessert, appetizer and soup and guests will have the opportunity to vote for The People’s Choice Award. 9th Annual Willcox Wine Country Spring Festival
A perfect road trip for AZ wine lovers , the Willcox Wine Country Spring Festival and Benefit Dinner returns to Arizona wine country this May. Hosted by the Willcox Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture and the Willcox Wine Country committee, and located at the historic Railroad Park, the festival will feature over 15 Willcox-based wineries pouring their award-winning wines, a pop-up street bistro featuring Tucson-based Dante’s Fire, top music acts hailing from Phoenix and Tucson and over 45 local artists, farmers and other purveyors, including locally grown pistachios, pecans and other specialty foods. Rated as one of the best wine festivals in North America by Fodor’s Travel, ideally located among the state’s primary grape-growing region, the two-day festival will also be complemented by a benefit wine dinner held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 19 with proceeds benefiting the Northern Cochise Community Hospital. The reception and wine dinner features many of the festival’s participating wineries, live entertainment, and dinner prepared by Chef Ken Foy of Dante’s Fire. Held at the Willcox Community Center (312 W. Stewart St., Willcox, AZ 85643) just two blocks north of the festival, tickets are $50 per person.

AJ's The Art of Wine & Tastes of Summer
AJ’s Fine Foods will present The Art of Wine and Tastes of Summer at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, May 19. This annual affair is the perfect opportunity to discover new wines and enjoy luscious bites in a fun and entertaining setting, all while supporting the arts. Featured tastings of more than 40 exceptional wines, hand-selected by AJ’s cellar masters, will be complemented by gourmet specialties from AJ’s, including chef-prepared sample entrees and desserts, sushi, shrimp, delectable sweets and more. AJ’s cellar masters also will be on site to provide expert recommendations for wine and food pairings. Event proceeds benefit the nonprofit Scottsdale Arts, which provides arts and education programs for the community through Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Scottsdale Public Art.

Brat Haus Sausage Fest 2018
Downtown Scottsdale’s communal beer garden and eatery, Brat Haus is hosting its fifth annual Sausage Fest and will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Honor Flight Arizona, a non-profit foundation that flies World War II veterans to visit their memorial in Washington D.C. The sausage-themed celebration includes live music, yard-style games like corn hole and life-size Jenga, a stein holding competition, weiner dog costume contest hosted by Lucky Dog Rescue and Arizona’s largest brat viewing. This year, Brat Haus will hold their first-ever People's Choice “Sausage King/Queen” competition, where local chefs will compete for the title, and the winning sausage will be featured on the Brat Haus Menu for the month of May and $1 from very sausage sold will be donated to a charity of the Sausage King or Queen’s choice.
